Cala Biriala (Baunei) is a splendid white gravel beach surrounded by high walls and an emerald sea. But the route that leads to Cala Biriala is amazing too; the cove can be reached through a labyrinth of impossible walls with a series of equipped passages realized  with the trunks of the robust juniper by the ancient shepherds. The route has been recently made safe with the restoration of the ancient works and the positioning of steel cables and fixed ropes. However, it is not recommended for those who suffer from dizziness and it always requires extreme attention.
