It is really difficult to summarize in a few lines one of the most beautiful treks in Sardinia where the magnificence of the landscape is so great that you don’t perceive its real dimensions.  The name "s'Istrada Longa" (Baunei) identifies a breath-taking narrow ledge that cuts across the right wall of Bacu s'Orruargiu (canyon s’Orruargiu) more than 100 meters from the bottom, giving a sensational view of the inside of the canyon and the enormous natural arch of 100 meters in diameter. The path is very exposed therefore it requires firm step and steady nerves, however it is not particularly complicated for those who do not suffer from vertigo.
